Precautions for Forged Cryogenic Check Valve:
Ensure proper drainage of the valve body and relief of disk pressure after pressure testing. The increase in ambient temperature can cause gas and moisture trapped in the sealed cavity to increase in pressure. Before injecting grease, relieve this pressure to facilitate smooth grease injection.
After grease injection, ensure thorough replacement of air and moisture from the sealed chamber. Timely relief of chamber pressure is crucial for safe valve operation. Securely tighten the drain and pressure relief plugs after grease injection to prevent accidents.
Maintain uniform grease output during injection. Start with the grease outlet closest to the injection port, followed by lower points, then higher points. Address any blockages promptly to maintain optimal valve performance.
