  • Certifications: UL & CSA approved for rigorous safety standards.
  • Classifications:
    • Suitable for Class I, Groups A, B, C, & D, Division 2 in any enclosure type.
    • Suitable for Class II, Groups F & G, Division 2 in specific enclosures including TEFC, TEFC-XT, TEBC, TEAAC, and TEWAC.
  • Construction: Constructed from heavy gauge steel and cast iron for durability in harsh environments.
  • Environmental Conditions: Designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to 60˚C, with modifications available for higher ambient conditions.
  • Temperature Control:
    • Space heaters, if used, are designed with sheath temperatures not exceeding 80% of the ignition temperature for the specified class and group.
  • Grounding: Includes grounding provisions within the main conduit box.
  • Motor Accessories: All accessories must be non-sparking or specifically approved for Explosion Proof (XP) duty.
  • Operational Features:
    • Features both 60Hz and 50Hz data on the nameplate.
    • Designed for fixed speed, sine wave operation only.
    • 1.0 Service Factor for robust performance.
