Description

Knife gate valve have a sharp cutting tool installed to deal with viscous,heavy liquids, or other abrasive media. Their straightforward design and easy-to -manipulate valve setup are ideal for wastewater treatment plants. cement plants, and mining facilities etc.

The chief features:

Face to face adopts short series. and light weight , so as to save pipe support.

During the opening and closing of the valve, the disc can automatically scrape off the adhered medium,which is beneficial to sealing.

The gate is conducive to cutting off the medium, discharging slag. and operating without blocking 

The wedge type block can provide sealing force and reliable sealing.

The guide pin can provide good guide function.

Wear-resistant sleeve of different materials can be provided as required to extend the service life of the valve.

Drive device(electric, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic etc) can be selected at will.
