Description

Purpose The HTGS series of high-performance steam safety valves supplied by our company are suitable for overpressure protection of power boilers, once-through boilers, reheaters and other equipment and pipelines. HTGS series safety valves are designed and manufactured to fully comply with the requirements of ASME "Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code" Volume I for power boilers. Specifications and performance: ● Specifications: 1 1/2" -6" ● Pressure level: 300 lb-2500 lb ● Temperature: ~ +520°C ● Set pressure deviation: △Ps≤±1%Ps (Ps>7MPa) ● Excess pressure: △Po≤3%Ps ● Opening and closing pressure: △Pbl≤4%Ps Features: ● Comply with ASME "Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code" Volume I power boiler requirements ● Adopt a back pressure adjustment system structural design, using the inlet steam of the safety valve to provide back-seat back pressure and adjust it, ensuring the opening and closing pressure difference △Pbl≤ 4%Ps ● The valve seat and valve body are integrally welded to ensure reliable connection under high temperature and high pressure. ● Both inlet and outlet connections are flange structures, which facilitates the loading, unloading and maintenance of the safety valve. ● Good guide alignment performance ensures flexible movement of the safety valve. Reliable ● The selected materials can well meet the normal use under high temperature conditions ● The sealing surface of the valve disc and valve seat is overlayed with Stellite carbide and ground with high precision ● High-performance spring, and it is tested under simulated working conditions to ensure Normal operation under high temperature and high pressure conditions
