Description

Purpose: The jacketed safety valves supplied by our company are used in petrochemical, chemical and other industries where polyester, ethylene, heavy oil refining, urea fertilizer production and other media need to be insulated, and play a safe pressure sink role. The inlet flange and production valve body of the valve are insulated, and the insulation effect is good. The bellows balance structure eliminates the impact of back pressure on the opening pressure of the safety valve and makes springs and other parts less susceptible to erosion by the medium. Specifications and performance: ● Specifications: 1"D 2" ~10"X 12" ● Pressure level: 150 lb~300 lb ● Temperature: -29℃ ~ +520℃ Features: ● Used as a pressure safety accessory for media requiring insulation in polyester, ethylene and urea fertilizer equipment ● The valve body including the inlet and outlet flanges are insulated, so the insulation effect is good, and the steam flushing function can be added when needed. ● Bellows-type structure, changes in back pressure do not affect the set pressure of the safety valve, and the bellows protects parts in the valve cover such as springs from media erosion ● The standard materials of internal parts (valve disc, valve seat) are all Austenitic The body is made of stainless steel and hard alloy is overlayed. ● For special needs, the internal parts can be provided with urea grade 316L, duplex stainless steel 0Cr25Ni6Mo3CuN (255 alloy), 00Cr25Ni6Mo2N (SUS329J1) and other materials. The bellows can be provided with Ti material.
