In the long-distance oil pipeline, opening and closing valves too quickly, stopping pumps suddenly, and pigs suddenly getting stuck can cause sudden changes in the oil flow in the pipeline, resulting in local overpressure and vibration in the pipeline, which can lead to pipeline rupture, damage equipment, and threaten the safety of pipeline operation. In order to effectively prevent water hammer and ensure the safe operation of long-distance pipelines, long-distance pipelines must have a complete pressure relief system. In addition to using regulating valves to adjust the inlet and outlet pressures and pressure advance protection, water hammer relief valves are widely used to prevent excessive pipeline pressure. HTSJ series water hammer relief valve is an automatic valve that prevents water hammer and effectively protects the safe and smooth operation of pipelines. When water hammer occurs in the liquid in the pipeline and reaches the set value of the water hammer relief valve, the water hammer relief valve opens quickly and part of the oil is written into the pressure relief tank. Since the opening of the water hammer pressure relief valve changes the volume of the liquid in the pipeline, the pressure energy of the liquid is released, which weakens the intensity of the water hammer pressure wave, because it serves the safety purpose of protecting pipelines and equipment. Features: The strong circulation capacity can effectively avoid the occurrence of water hammer caused by sudden causes and ensure the safety of the pipeline during the oil transportation process. The pressure relief valve is sensitive in response and can track the changes in the water hammer pressure at the front end of the valve. When the pressure reaches the water hammer pressure setting value, the valve opens quickly until the water hammer pressure wave decays to the setting value and then automatically closes. No external power or operation is required, and it relies on its own sensing system pressure to achieve water hammer protection.
