These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ReflowX’s online marketplace platform and services. By accessing or using ReflowX, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.

  2. User Registration: Users must register to access ReflowX. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

  3. Fee Structure: ReflowX charges a 6% fee on all transactions. This fee invoice is automatically issued at the time of transaction agreement between both parties.

  4. Payment Terms: Buyers and sellers must agree on payment terms outside of ReflowX. ReflowX does not process payments or handle financial transactions directly.

  5. Product Listings: Users are responsible for the accuracy of product listings. Misleading or fraudulent listings may result in account suspension.

  6. Content Guidelines: Users are prohibited from posting content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates these Terms.

  7. Dispute Resolution: ReflowX is not responsible for disputes between users. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.

  8. Privacy Policy: Your use of ReflowX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  9. Termination: ReflowX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms or any other applicable policies.

  10. Changes to Terms: ReflowX may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
