Description

The wafer type lift check valve is engineered to prevent medium backflow and is ideal for operating temperatures ranging from -196℃ to 540℃. It finds application across diverse industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, and food processing. Depending on the material used, this valve accommodates a wide range of mediums including water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing agents, and urea.

Unlike flange type lift check valves, the wafer type offers a compact design with shorter structure length, smaller volume, and lighter weight. It minimizes water hammer pressure and facilitates easy installation.

Key Features:

  • Material Versatility: Available in various materials including WCB, WC6, WCC, LCB, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, 4A, LF2, F304, F316, ensuring compatibility with different mediums.
  • Design Standards: Manufactured according to API 594 standards with face-to-face dimensions meeting API 6D requirements.
  • Operational Reliability: Equipped with a lift or piston type mechanism, often supplemented with a spring for added functionality.
  • Installation Convenience: Features a wafer connection type, facilitating straightforward installation and maintenance.

Applications:

  • Wide Industry Usage: Suitable for critical applications where preventing backflow is essential, ensuring safe and reliable operation across industries.
  • Temperature Range: Designed to withstand extreme temperatures, maintaining effective sealing and operational integrity.

The wafer type lift check valve offers a robust solution for fluid control, combining reliability, efficiency, and ease of installation in demanding industrial environments.
