Description

The Gad Exhaust Fully Welded Ball Valves is designed with a one-piece welded body, carbon fiber reinforced Teflon seal, and butterfly spring that avoids external leakages, durability against extreme pressure and temperature changes. It also features advanced computer detectors that monitor precise processing. The Ball valves are available in different sizes (DN15-DN1400 (1/2"-56")), pressure ratings PN10-PN64 (Class 150-600), with connection type (Butt Weld (BW), Flange (Raised Face - RF, Ring Type Joint - RTJ)) and is suitable in various mediums like water, oil, natural gas, alkali media, acid, etc. Specifications include – 1) Body Material ranging from ASTM A105/ LF2, ASTM A182 F304/ F316/ F304L/ F316L. 2) Ball Material ANSI304, A105 with Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP). 3) Seal Material PTFE, PPL, RPTFE, Devlon, TEFLON, etc. 4) Standard design ranging from ASME B16.34, API 6D, API 608, BS EN ISO17292/ ISO14313. It is beneficial in terms of its double exhaust structure for enhanced safety and applications, reliability against aging, durability and performance, and strong sealing capacity. These valves are therefore the perfect choice for robust industrial applications.
