Product Description:
The Cryogenic Gate Valve features a long-neck bonnet design, optimized to maintain cold temperatures and ensure the stuffing box stays above 0°C. It includes a pressure relief hole on the inlet side to prevent abnormal pressure buildup within the valve body cavity. The valve materials undergo rigorous low-temperature impact testing to guarantee resilience and prevent brittleness at low temperatures. Specifically designed for applications below -101°C, all valve components undergo at least two cryogenic treatments before assembly.
Precautions for Forged Steel Cryogenic Gate Valve:
Ensure the valve cavity of the Forged Steel Gate Valve with extended stem aligns flush with the sealing ring seat.
Regularly apply grease to prevent wear when handling gasoline as a medium.
Maintain proper grease injection into the stem to ensure optimal operation.
For valves with sliding sleeves or packing on the valve shaft, ensure continuous lubrication to reduce friction during operation. Inadequate lubrication can increase torque during electric operation and cause excessive wear during manual operation.
