Description

The Forged Cryogenic Globe Valve shares the reliable medium cutoff function of its Cast Steel counterpart, ensuring secure shut-off operations. When in the open position, there is no contact between the valve seat and the disc sealing surface, minimizing mechanical wear on the sealing elements. This feature simplifies maintenance as most valve seats and discs can be repaired or replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline, making it ideal for welded installations.

Precautions for Maintenance:

Switch Position Awareness: Carefully observe the valve’s switch position during operation to ensure proper functionality.
Greasing During Maintenance: Ensure the valve is closed during greasing to prevent grease from entering the flow channel or valve cavity unnecessarily.
Effective Grease Injection: Verify effective grease injection by monitoring pressure, volume, and valve disc surface lubrication during the greasing process. Open or close the valve as needed to ensure even distribution.
